Cory and his ENTIRE crew were phenomenal. They were professional, courteous, considerate, efficient but friendly and all around good folks. Their quality of work was top notch and you couldn’t tell they had even been there except they always left the space a little brighter. Have used them twice and on both occasions the service was exceptional. The first time was for electrical connection to tankless gas water heater.. on time and Jason did a great job. He is very personal and genuine. We discussed a generator and answered a lot of my questions. Mark came out and surveyed the job to be done and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and this was a big job with lots of moving parts. Gas Piping, inspections, electrical. Duke energy, inspections, electrical inspections.... This process took 3 weeks to coordinate everything.. ARC was great and kept me informed all the way. Inspector stated their work was impeccable.. I signed up for the bi-annual service and now i am the proud owner of a Genrac 22kw generator that works like magic.. Jason, Mark and Kendel were just great to work with...

Update... got to use the generator for the first time today... 5 hour run and it started up, switched power and the shut down when utility power came back on. worked flawlessly.. I am very satisfied..

The tech was prompt, courteous and personable. He did an excellent job of replacing a 24 year old refrigerator water line valve. However, the use of flat rate pricing and call out charge resulted in a $500 bill for 30 minutes of on site work.
