Our waste lines had collapsed and flow was not hitting the septic tank riser cleanly.Gave us an estimate for cutting into patio, digging trench and replacing waste lines from inside house to the tank.Knocked out the project in two days with hand tools keeping the mess to a minimum.Great communication and honest work.Highly recommend this team for your plumbing needs!

English isn't her first language and she is older, but all she needed done was to adjust the plug on a new stove she had received. This stove is equipped to be converted so the job shouldn't have taken more than an hour otherwise. They also claimed that they had done the conversions many times before.
They did not do it right the first time, and charged her again for the second visit.
This place is obviously a scam when you can company.
Do not use them. Save the harassment and your money.

Great experience with the company. Technician Jay came out for the inspection and bid. Jim in the office got me the bid the next day and we scheduled the work out for the next week. Jay arrived first thing in the morning to replace my whole panel and install a generator hook up. He was very fast and efficient, and walked me through the process of hooking up my generator. Great company to work with and will use again in the future!

I was given the name of an electrician who repaired my oven and washing machine so I could continue using them. The electrician quickly addressed the issue and fixed my equipment for a fair price. I'm happy with the results and will use him again for any future home improvement tasks.

Deb and Monica professionally completed some small projects I needed done around my new home, including installing a few Mysa thermostats, adding new wiring for a wired doorbell, removing an unsightly outlet above my TV, and updating old breakers in my panel. My reason for deducting a star is that I felt I was overpromised and underdelivered. The projects took much longer to complete than anticipated (I felt it was more of an efficiency issue than anything) and this made things much more expensive than I expected (charged by the hour - not a flat rate). Deb could also not deliver on a few projects I had requested, including updating a 4th thermostat (ordered but never delivered with no follow-up communication) and installing a light fixture (I hired someone on Thumbtack who came in and installed in <1 hour). My other frustration was communication - it was difficult getting a hold of Deb and I had to email her a few times just to come out - definitely felt like I was not a priority. All in all, I love supporting women-owned businesses, especially those in a male-dominated industry, and I would call on Deb again for major electrical work again in the future, but for smaller projects, I will probably just stick with Thumbtack.

Although very knowledgeable, I was very sad with their service. The guys and the company itself are really nice, but the job we requested was never actually finished.

My girlfriend's mom had them come to her house to fix their heaters in one of the rooms that wasn't working. She paid for the service and they came out to the house.

The problem is that the heater itself was never actually fully fixed. In other words, they came to the house, but never really finished the job because the heater wasn't working.

After calling them multiple times to get them back out here, they somehow never answered the phone.

In conclusion, be weary.

I'm very pleased to have a new electrician I can refer with confidence! This company was booked full today as I had an emergent thermostat/furnace wiring problem causing no heat on a snow day! My usual electrician was out of town, so I called this company because they were close by, and what a blessing, even though they had never worked with me before, the office manager was very caring on the phone, later connecting me with Stephen, who (even though he was not even getting paid for it!!) helped us over the phone to assess our problem for free. I was blown away by their above and beyond service, just the type of high ethics you hope for in a family run business. I will be using them again!
