Best Renovation Project in Seattle WA

Had EV outlet installed by Tommy. We discussed location, breaker size and usage. He was on time, did nice clean job within our allotted space and it works great for charging our PHEV quickly……

Raincap remodeled the interior of our house--bedrooms, living room, bathroom. They did an outstanding job. Excellent attention to detail. Project was completed on time and on budget. Highly recommend them.

Fixed the problem but was very condescending

We had an apartment in our building that no one had updated in 20 years. Allan was very communicative about repairs, and the home inspector said that he was impressed with the work!

A&A was called for a tripping breaker. They changed the breaker but the problem was not solved. They left without fixing it, but they charged $346! I had to call another company, who came and fixed the problem in no time and charged only $100. I thought that the charge from A&A was excessive especially because they left without fixing the problem.

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

Made an appointment, they didn't show. I called and left a message, no call back. Won't try them again.
