This should be a zero star review. My first review did not post, so here's what happened: we ran into an emergency situation where my heater would not run (I have two small boys) I called this company at 12:40 pm. They said a tech would call me. I called back at 1:40 pm, and was told a tech would call me. I called back at 5:30, 6:30 and 9:30. Nothing. I asked them not to come at this point.
I called this company back this morning hoping they would, make right what was wrong, a quote from their responses to these reviews Instead I was told, we're not going to be doing work for you. We don't work on Sundays. Well their answering service told me they did. So please, for your own sanity go elsewhere. These guys are absolutely awful, and beyond rude, in fact Tyler told me I

A little on the high side

Such a frustrating customer service experience. I had previously used Keithly and was happy with the quality of work and the technicians. However, the last two times I have tried to get a bid I've had a terrible experience. Most recently, I contacted them for a semi-emergency job. Their service model is that a customer service rep takes your information and then a project manager returns your call. This leaves the customer without ANY information about when a technician is available and whether it is possible to be seen quickly. It took four days for the project manager to even return my call so that I could find out when they are available. All the while, there is absolutely no electricity in half my home and a possible live wire in the wall.

Out of the other four companies I called, Keithly was the only one with this model. The other businesses I spoke with were able to quote wait times and schedules. I finally booked an appointment with someone else, since I was able to talk to a scheduler right away.

I will not be using Keithly in the future. I have some big needs in my home, and I have no desire to be placed in the black hole waiting for someone to get around to calling me back.

Reviewing as an employee who moved out of town. Great working environment and the owners do what it takes to get the job done. They stand by their work and are a great balance of old school work ethic and up to date tools and technology.

Ed and crew were super responsive, I mean quick in all communication. Got it installed with in a week of contact including an onsite consultation. They explained in detail what they were going to do with confidence and experience. They answered my ignorant questions politely.

Specific and upfront and fast

Larry and his team is professional and explains in detail what needs to be done accurately and being cost effective. They have worked on various projects in our home and will trust no one else! His confidence and knowledge gave me peace of mind the job would be done well and accurately. I'll definitely recommend him and his team for any of our electrical needs. Great work, thank you!

Got billed a 2 hr minimum even though he was only there 10 minutes and we were never told about the 2 hour minimum.

They installed new voltage for my new range which involved under the crawl space and garage. Excellent work. I would recommend them.

Don't waste your time with this company. They were supposed to show up on a Friday evening, but no one showed. Their phone lines were closed, and the emergency line hangs up on you. So we were stuck with no electricity in our master bedroom and both of our bedrooms all weekend. They didn't even have the courtesy to call us on Monday to explain themselves. I had to call, to find out their electrician had something come up and forgot to notify us or his management. They didn't have any available people for today, so we're still stuck with no power in half our house. They could've maybe offered discounted services or something.

What a joke.
