Best Industrial Control Panels in Seattle WA
First a 3 hour last minute reschedule, then a complete No Show....thanks for wasting the time of 3 people with jobs who took time off to be there and seemingly not caring one bit. Also-FYI-the Call Center setup you have is not very personable or good to deal with....it’s is also just too much. You seem to not care at all about a mutually respectful relationship with your customers. Good to know.

Summary: High quality workmanship, courteous, clean, and flexible.
Story: I decided that I wanted to relocate my laundry room and water heater from inside the house to outside in the garage. Doing this would require relocating (2) 240v circuits and (1) 120v circuit, so I started looking for an electrician to come over and quote the project. I called a couple of the larger companies in the Seattle metro area that advertise on TV but they all wanted me to pay a fee just for them to come out and quote. I start searching for local companies and found Benchmark Home Services Inc. I connected with Ed and explained what I was looking to have done, and he said he’d be able to stop by same day to walk the potential job site and talk about possibilities.
Ed arrived at our agreed meeting time, evaluated what I was looking to have done (including a new idea to add an outlet to the bathroom) and said he’d send over a formal quote. I received the detailed quote shortly thereafter and agreed to have his company do the work. They worked with me on scheduling to try and coordinate the timing with the plumber so that we wouldn’t be without hot water.
On the planned day of the installation, my father had a medical event that required my assistance. Ed and his team were very understanding and accommodated this unforeseen event by saying they could try the following day. The crew showed up the next day, talked me through what they were going to do, asked important questions (e.g. kids and/or animals) and got to work.
When coming inside, they took off their shoes before laying down the temporary tarps for walkways where they’d work. The workmanship was high quality, and the job site cleanup performed before leaving was equally as impressive. Besides detailed vacuuming, they wiped down all surfaces they touched including the painted exterior door to the panel - no dark spots or fingerprints.
I will recommend BHS to any family or friends if they need to get electrical work done, and will undoubtedly call them for all of my future needs.

We've used Exact Electric before and were satisfied and used them again to replace a fuse box and ground outlets. They were prompt, professional and polite. Really a great group of people in the field and in the office. We'll use them again for sure.

So in spite of the fact that OHM electric overcharged for invoices the last time we hired them and we finally had to call to get them to straightened out the matter before paying, against my better judgement I hired Ohm again. I will say Alfred is a fairly competent electrician but Ian the guy who books the appointments and does the billing proved to be an absolutely nightmare, who can not be trusted with the truth. Please note that fact in that any response to this review by Ian will certainly be a misrepresentation .
So I scheduled the service at my address on line through their web site and then by calling. Both times I gave him my address and confirmed it. Then the night before they were suppose to come, all of a sudden he sends a text to my son, cancelling the appointment, because he alleges that we did not confirm the address for yet again, a third time,!
Apparently Ian sent an email which I did not notice wanting a third confirmation He triumphantly cancelled the appointment, even though he could have just taken the time to text or call to confirm the address if he still had doubts. Well we took off that morning to await them at the project and suddenly we got noticed that they was not going to show up. I feel like charging him for my time,
When I complained about his sudden cancellation, he told me I was unprofessional! Now that is an oxymoron if anything not only because all the unprofessional behavior was on the part of Ian whose tone was increasingly arrogant but the fact that he was the professional doing the business, and I was simply a customer who had given him all the contact info he needed if he had any questions,
So after unprofessionally cancelling the service on a whim, I decided never ever to use this company again, a fact I conveyed to them in no uncertain terms. There are in fact lots of other professional electricians that show up on time and don't try to shift the blame on to the customer after mistakes of their own making!
