Steven was awesome! He was on time, attentive and did a great job finding and fixing the problem. We had been scheduled for a Friday and the office called to say the tech was running late (thank you for not waiting till the last minute to let me know!) and offered to have him come out on Saturday for no extra charge. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. 100% would use again and recommend! Thank you!!

It was a great experience overall, from initial inquiries to getting the job done. I had a few failed receptacles that needed to be looked at and repaired. The electrician, Nate, was extremely professional and courteous. He did a great job investigating the issues and explaining multiple possible options, and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Great experience today with Seatown. Vince came to diagnose a problem with our heat pump, a system we hadn’t dealt with since moving into our house. He was able to find and fix the problem in one appointment, and he took the time to walk us through how things work, potential future repairs, and maintenance considerations. He and the customer service folks we interacted with were all super nice and professional. Will definitely be using them for maintenance and repairs going forward!
