First a 3 hour last minute reschedule, then a complete No Show....thanks for wasting the time of 3 people with jobs who took time off to be there and seemingly not caring one bit. Also-FYI-the Call Center setup you have is not very personable or good to deal with....it’s is also just too much. You seem to not care at all about a mutually respectful relationship with your customers. Good to know.

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.

Debbie ,Michael and everyone from Landers electric have provided professional and friendly service. 1915 craftsman. ... service line, circuit box, outdoor wiring for heat pumps, removal knob tube wiring, outlets, ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fan, lighting, and timers. They always had a can do attitude. Explained all work, and pricing. No problems with work, or service 5 years.

They are very experienced and very professional electrician. I highly recommend them. Rob is the best 👍

Fixed the problem but was very condescending

We are incredibly grateful for Electric Co of Seattle! We had an electrical emergency two days before Christmas, and they came to the rescue. Such fantastic customer service, especially from Deja, who immediately put our request to the top and sent someone over, and Brian who came out to fix the issue. Brian is extremely professional and knowledgable.
Not only did he get to the root of the issue quickly, but he was very careful and meticulous. We learned a lot in the hour he was at our home, teaching us what likely was the cause of the issue. We trusted Brian completely and will be using Electric Co of Seattle go forward for all our electrical needs. Their team was responsive, great to work with and we would highly recommend them any day!

Konsker helps us with the outlet issue one day before Thanksgiving, the outlet is used by cooktop so he saved our thanksgiving dinner! He is such a nice person. Very quick response . He asked us to send some photos and call us back with possible solution in less than 15 mins, which from us perspective will save a lot of money. I will definitely recommend to our friends and hire them for next project.

I called this business and the woman on the phone was down right hostile and told me I should focus on driving and not call them/bother her while I was calling hands-free after seeing one of their vans at a light in my neighborhood. She didn't let me finish and I couldn't even enquire about their professional services. Safe to say I will not be using their services or recommend them to anybody.

After multiple attempts and listening to a bunch of sick excuses about why they can't conduct their business in a professional manner I've given up on trying to get them to talk to me about solar for my home. I'll be letting my friend who recommended them know about this. I'll also let others not to waste their time.
