The owner of Me.electric is super nice ! We had some concerns and questions in the beginning and the owner went out of his way and called us to address our concerns and help us understand better! He addressed all of our questions in such a polite nice way ! We have never had such amazing customer service like that ever ! He’s pretty dope for that ! It made us feel a lot better ! They are awesome !!! I highly recommend them ! The owner really cares about the customers !!

They always had a can do attitude. Explained all work, and pricing. No problems with work, or service 5 years.

On time, friendly and courteous, solved my lighting problem and even replaced a dimmer switch for me elsewhere in my home.

They provided me with a reasonable price quote over the phone and came out the very next day. Most other electricians were booked at least 1-3 weeks out. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. Great quality work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The electrician was recommended to me, and he fixed my washing machine and oven so that I could keep using them. Quickly attending to the problem, the electrician fixed my equipment at a reasonable cost. I am quite pleased and will return to him for any of my future home improvement projects.

I cannot tell whether they would do a good job or not, because they have been unresponsive. An elderly family member was confused about the overall cost of the solar panel installation, and is now stuck with a 20-year loan that they cannot pay. The family member was introduced to this company through a popular ad that made false claims about the cost of the installation of the solar panels. Now, Electrical Systems Solutions dba Solar Pros is poised to benefit from the false ad that appears to drive traffic to the company. We would like to resolve this matter amicably but the main operator(s) have refused to respond so far. Beware!

My contacts with this business were outstanding. The lights in my backyard is amazing, and they even installed the desired extras. They were really professional, considerate of my installation schedule, and attentive to my questions and concerns.

Our heating has been having issues, so our first floor is always freezing these days (the heater is in the attic). We've contacted Seatown due to their good review and we were able to get an appointment in 2-3 days. We've scheduled a diagnostics with them, and I confirmed it via text 2 days before the appointment. Somehow got another email about confirmation, so I sent an email as well. They said they'd give you an estimate of time for arrival, but we've never received it. They will text you to tell you that they are at the previous visit and you'd get another text 30 minutes before they arrive at your home.The technician, Michael, has an apprentice with him. They first checked our thermostat really quickly, then they went up to the attic to see the issues. About 1 hour later, they told us the heat was building up there, so they adjusted the temperature down and also did some tune up here and there to make sure things are smooth. They've also talked about the airflow and filter with us to make sure we stay on top of exchanging these filters every 3 months.The cost is slightly more than $200, which is pricy but they were super informative and helpful so we thought they were worth the price.

My electrician had the best weed! He was so baked when he showed up and his car stank so bad I could smell it from my front door. He was too high to know where he was - he sure knew how to smoke right.

Needed some phenolic signs for our electric meters. Called Ed on a Saturday and they were delivered on Monday. Price was fair and the quality was great. Haven't used him for electrical yet, but I intend to.

I was reccomended to Mister Sparky from one of my buddies. I just moved to Seattle so and have never needed an electrician before but the guys were great. Really professional and clean. Totally recommend them.

Kemly did super work. They carefully assessed the state of our current wiring. They did a great job keeping us informed and running any impactful decisions by us. They took extra care to maintain our old vintage light fixtures, and minimize any holes needed to access wiring. They were professional, timely, and trustworthy. Great team for electric work!

Mark my words.. whoever was driving neighborhood electric van number 20 on June 13th 2023 is going to kill someone with the way they were driving. If you looked up “road rage” in the dictionary, that person would be right there on the page. So incredibly unprofessional, unsafe and scary to be driving near on I5 northbound.
