First a 3 hour last minute reschedule, then a complete No Show....thanks for wasting the time of 3 people with jobs who took time off to be there and seemingly not caring one bit. Also-FYI-the Call Center setup you have is not very personable or good to deal with....it’s is also just too much. You seem to not care at all about a mutually respectful relationship with your customers. Good to know.

Energy Technologies expertly and efficiently installed our Daikin heat pump. They provided a total solution of electrical, carpentry, and refrigeration expertise that's required for this type of installation. Energy Technologies also provided technical info on using and maintaining the heat pump. They are very reliable and always met our agreed upon schedules. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are amazing. They worked very hard and were committed to all the things I wanted done. They even made it possible for me to add on more projects I wanted done throughout .Their prices are un beatable to any other bids I got. They made sure to ask me through the process making sure I was happy with all the outcomes. They made everything look amazing and way above any expectation i had. They all had good work ethics and were positive and happy. They spent 4 days doing many projects at my house and worked very hard. I would highly recommend them over any other electricians out there. Requested a quote for the installation of an outdoor outlet. Zero response. :(

Was suppose to arrive at 9. Dispatch called and said they were running late. Arrived at 10:30 or so. Ended up they said heater was old (and it is) and needed to be replaced. I remembered that it had a reset button (not them). Retired it and hit reset button and it works fine. Did find new heater but would cost $423 dollars. If I had remembered reset button it would have saved me $300. + dollars. Took personal phone call while settling bill. Have used before and was satisfied. Not so this time.

Alex is efficient and creative in solving problems. This is my third time working with him and I’ll definitely hire him again when I need electrical fix. I’ve worked with several other electricians over the years and must say Alex is the best. His pricing is not cheap but fair.
