Lander Electric has a range of services most electrical contractors don't. They wire new construction for all electrical systems, but also install custom lighting, lighting control systems, home audio/video, and home security systems (they don't offer security monitoring though). Not the cheapest electricians, but the work and the customer service were great.

Dan was great. Did a really good job and explained everything to me before he left.

This company demonstrated the lowest of humanity! They left a pregnant lady in the frozen winter night and pressure sell on us! Their communication is ruthless and full of threats.
The technician was not able to diagnosis and fix the furnace, so they claimed that the heat exchange has a “hairline” crack and ask us to replace the entire furnace for a cost of $8-20k. They then shut down the furnace and left an about to deliver pregnant lady in the frozen winter night !

When I asked for details like where the crack is, they refused to answer and started to spamming call the pregnant lady !!! They ignored my questions in the email and threatened me to pay their service or they will file lien against my property.

I hired another 2 technicians from different company to fix and re-exam the furnace. The root cause was found and fixed under 40 min. Both of them reported no crack found on the heat exchange and both pointed out the Energy Technologies folk was likely lying for a sell of replacement.

I contacted Energy Technologies asking them to admit their wrong diagnosis and refund, they refused in an extremely rude manner, saying the pregnant lady was “begging” them for the service, and totally ignored their wrong diagnosis and they left the pregnant lady with 5 frozen nights. They never apologized for their mistake.

They also randomly bumped their diagnosis price from $200 (when I called them) to $225 (when our tenants called) within 5 mins.

He was professional and did an awesome job installing my light fixture. I'm so happy with the work he did and will definitely be using them again!

I’ve found my new electricians!!! All aspects of working with BEST was great. During the initial estimate the owner didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need but instead made thoughtful recommendations like changing some of my outlets to usb outlets. During the final walkthrough the crew was as excited as I was to see everything upgraded, consistent and shining bright (which I can control with dimmer switches lol). The crew worked hard, putting in 12hour days sometime to make sure they completed the project on time. They were super easy to work with too. They accommodated a change I made during the project and a change once everything was finished. They never made me feel like a burden or like I was putting them out. I’m also really proud to support a black owned business. If anyone asks me for an electrician recommendation I’m recommending BEST!

Tyler and Barak have been super helpful, professional and efficient in fixing the electric emergency at our place and quickly restored power in the house. They were always on time during appointments, sending out text messages before arriving, and figuring out solutions in my shoes. They were very patient in answering my questions and explaining service options in details. Tyler identified a hidden safety issue before it went bad. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend them without any reservation.

James was awesome! We had our breaker go out on the day of my Father's funeral. We were having the reception at our house afterwards. He was able to come out and get it done quickly. Seatown has always been great about getting the job done right and on time. James came back out to go over options for EV charging, Heat pumps and panel replacement. He took the time to go over every question I had. We use Seatown for all our electrical and plumbing issues. Thanks James!

With out-of-town guests staying with us over Thanksgiving, we were already overloading our circuits a couple of days ahead of time, and were nervous that our dinner preparations for 10 guests on Thanksgiving Day might wreak total havoc on the electrical system. Ed answered the phone when I called, and while he was booked up with installation work prior to Thanksgiving, he did carve out time to come out to our house that same day to make sure we weren't going to burn our house down, and to give us tips about how to put less pressure on different points throughout the system. Ed was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and ultimately reassuring. We now know more about our home's aging electrical system, and are confident that we can have a safe Thanksgiving gathering here. We will definitely call him again when the need arises.

Just have to say, I'm really impressed with the outdoor light installation work. It was a difficult job and you got it done in no time. So, thank you for the help!

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.

Kemly Electric recently completed a knob and tube decommission and home rewire (including new outlets, lights, car charger, fixtures, and fans). We are very grateful that we ultimately went with them to perform this work and are really happy with the outcome. Specifically, the work was completed by Tim (estimator) and Paul and Peik (active electricians). The work performed was very clean, detailed, and professional. Cut holes were minimal, dust was nearly non-existent at the end of the day, and communication was easy and clear.

We were prepared to have a home that was a dusty mess and resembled a piece of Swiss cheese at the end of all this but that is really not the case. They were even able to avoid damage to the half-wall wood paneling in our basement. I’m glad this is done, but if we had to do it again we would absolutely go with Kemly.

Although very knowledgeable, I was very sad with their service. The guys and the company itself are really nice, but the job we requested was never actually finished.

My girlfriend's mom had them come to her house to fix their heaters in one of the rooms that wasn't working. She paid for the service and they came out to the house.

The problem is that the heater itself was never actually fully fixed. In other words, they came to the house, but never really finished the job because the heater wasn't working.

After calling them multiple times to get them back out here, they somehow never answered the phone.

In conclusion, be weary.
