Paz came on time and was very professional. He put on a mask and covered his boots when he went inside the house. He removed the burnt wires in the outlet and made sure the burning smell was gone. We will use Flores again to add extra outlets to our room.

The technicians that have come to the house have been kind and professional, but the whole company is unorganized. Our paperwork has been lost, they've sent out the wrong technicians, or promised technicians that didn't arrive, technicians have come without the parts they need, they've sent technicians without appointments, the office can't answer questions, or doesn't answer the phone, or drops calls when they do. It's been exhausting to work with them!

This company was wonderful. I was having some electrical issues and of course it fell during the Rogers outage. Luckily, Benjamin was on a different network. They were able to come the next day, earlier than they said originally - which allowed me to call early to get a temporary fix (generator b/c the problem was with an outside line). Jeff Wade and his father Don Wade have been my electricians for nearly 30 years, both at my home and where I work. They have done everything from small jobs like fixing faulty outlets to huge jobs including installing a completely new breaker box system, installing 220 in the garage, and trouble shooting all sorts of electrical glitches in the old wiring old the Victorian house where I work.
