We used them for a fairly huge job. Upgrading a home from 100 amps to 200 amps; required new panel (and had to relocate where it would be due to size difference), new grounding, had to have some new circuits run. They were worth dollar! was done properly with the motto of don't have to deal with this again until a remodel or 25-30 years have passed. Even the city inspector complimented us on the meticulousness of the task and how clean and tidy the spaces were after they were done. Other than a new box and updated wiring, you'd never know we had contractors working in the area the day before. So in summary: Professional, doesn't cut corners, took care of we NEEDED (instead of just what we asked for). It's hard to find a group you can trust. I will most definitely be having them back for any additional electrical work I need done.

It was a superb job. I have used Carlos with Electric Heroes before and both jobs went well. He was capable to make an appointment shortly and showed up a few a minutes early. The job went well, he cleaned up the areas after he completed and made certain I understood how to operate and adjust settings on the automatic lights. I highly suggest Carlos and Electric Heroes and I will use him again in the future. He is very honest, convenient to work with and very professional.

As an elderly person living in a 50 + year old house I had a lot of concerns. I called many electrical companies and I left many messages but I got a quick call pick up when I called Dollens Electric. I explained my concerns to the polite person who answered my call and she assured me that she would have an electrician call me right back. Within an hour I received a call back and within a few hours I got a lovely gentlemen named Jason who came to my rescue. He listens to all my concerns and explained things to me so I could understand them. Mr. Dollens as I learned later was very knowledgeable in the field and with ease explained everything. Then he did some testing and let me know the areas of concern but that I was in no danger as I was so concerned about fire. Once we arrived at the stage of contracting Dollens Electric I was very satisfied with what it was going to cost me and even more satisfied with the work. I will definitely call on Dollens Electric and recommend them to all my family and friends.

They were at the high end of cost for this type of installation, but well worth it. They worked with us to make sure that the installation fit our schedule and the workmanship and customer work were excellent. They also installed an electrically powered doorbell. Also well done.

We recently installed a wall charger for our 2022 Model X. The electrician that came was excellent, driving a company van and with proper ID.

The work was immaculate, the electrician took pride in doing a good job and answered all my questions. I was also able to determine the electrician had been trained to install Tesla equipment and that was a huge help in configuring the software.

Bahram is one of those guys that you dont feel like you are getting ripped off when you talk to him. He also really knows his stuff. Pricing is very fair for the amount of knowledge, experience, and the quality of work that you get. Do yourself a favor and save his number if you live in his service area. He is prompt, responsive, and very reliable.

Did a google search for an electrician to install a 120v 30 amp RV recepticle. Had called another company first for an estimate. That electrician had no clue as to what a 30 amp outlet looked like so decided he wasn't the right person for my request. Recieved an email, text from Sonny (SJ Rios Electric) that he would call and set up appointment. Soon after Sonny called and we set up the appiontment for thursday morning with a reasonable estimate. Sonny showed up on time with tools and the materials go do the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Sonny also explained what he was doing why. Very informative took the time to show me the work. Sonny did a fantastic job in a reasonable time frame. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SONNY FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS! Brian and Eric are very good. They know what they're doing, and are easy to get along with. Our project finished 3 days late but, for an initial estimate of 4 weeks, that's quite impressive. One heads-up is their preference to work later in the day, contrary to my previous stereotype of the early-to-rise contractor. Brian manages projects well: he uses contracts and online billing, and is very reasonable when resolving issues or changes to the plan. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.

Made an appointment 2 days ago for a consult with text confirmation of date and time. No confirmation reply other than a phone call with an apology at the time of our appointment. He apologized for the miscommunication and said he would arrive within 30 minutes... waited a hour and still no show. Eventually cancelled my appointment.
