I sent Carlos pictures of my panel and my preferred location for my EV charger. He replied the same day and gave me qoute right away. He and his buddy Harley came out to my house and got the job done. He explained to me the scope of the project and he answered my questions honestly. We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help. I've worked with Delta Electric on a couple different occasions, and both times I had excellent service. They are prompt, courteous and do excellent work. They have installed can lighting, new wiring for bedroom light fixtures, and outside lighting. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

Very unprofessional company. They backed out on confirmed quote saying we have received large implementation project and all resources are deployed to that project. Before that they became un-responsive for almost a week and stopped responding to my email and calls. Attached is the signed and approved quote snapshot which ENE is now saying that I didn't agree and that caused them to back out which is completely false statement. Negotiations are part of all the deals and we had the negotiations as well and we agreed to a price and signed the quote later.
