Amazing!! I've NEVER experienced outstanding service like this from a electrician. We had a problem with an old wall sconce fixture and called Electric Heroes to come and look at it. Carlos came and worked and worked on it, trying to problem-solve so we could hold on to the fixture rather than having to replace it. And boy did he do a great job. We are very happy with the now-functional light fixture. We will definitely recommend them.

Dmitry (and his partner Dmitry!) were just, awesome. They went above and beyond in every way.

I hired ARSEN to add a few outlets and circuits. During the estimate Dmitry went out of his way (1 hr+) to explain the fundamentals of the circuit to be installed and what kind of setup would be needed to support the various devices that would be powered by the new outlets. It was abundantly clear that he understood the nuances of the installation to do it correctly and safely.

Dmitry and Dmitry worked non-stop and finished the install in a day, all while accommodating my questions and specific requests along the way.

Despite a long day of hard work, they still made time at the end to ensure the space was cleaned up properly and that their work was tested thoroughly (and to even do me a favor of drilling a hole for the security camera).

Truly great experience, and awesome folks. Highly recommended.

We hire Lenny to install a Chargepoint EV station and was extremely happy with the results. I'm especially impressed by his splendid attention to details and ability to make ad-lib designs to work around special situations in our house that a normal electrician wouldn't solve. The job takes more time than usual, but the quality of work is far above my expectations. Price is highly competitive and is definitely great value. We would highly recommend Lenny to anyone who is looking for electrician work done, especially EV station installation.

Horrible experience. Anyone know a good electrician to come out and re do the work I paid these guys for that became defective the first year? It was outside electrical boxes for lighting out back. It blows fuses and shorts out whenever it rains. Customer service, they do not have any except they are happy to come out and get more money to do another lousy job. worst experience with a contractor that I can remember.
