Fantastic service and technical knowledge neat and tidy install. Before the install was undertaken he went over the exact spec so we was happy with positioning of the AC unit and compressor.

I hired Nick to install the NEMA 240v outlet for our EV. He is super responsive and flexible at the same time. I bought my own wire and outlet because I wanted to meet a specific standard and he is able to work with me to provide a quote reflecting the specific I need which is fishing the wires and installing the outlet. He also cleans up the area afterwards. I am super happy with this experience and I am sure you will too.

We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help. Stephen installed a range hood with the help of his team. I had previously gotten quotes from contractors who were tentative about the install or wouldn’t work with me because the job wasn’t big enough. Due to COVID, I was missing a duct cover (out of stock everywhere) and Stephen immediately found a work around for the issue. He is highly competent and solutions oriented, which I appreciated after 5 months of looking for someone to handle this install. He and his team were conscientious and careful, which was appreciated. Power House Electric performed an assessment of the power supply and usage at my apartment building. Since one of the apartment tenants was experiencing partial power outages, they were called in to analyze the problem. It took them a little time but they found the source of the problem and got it all fixed the same day.

Brian and Eric are very good. They know what they're doing, and are easy to get along with. Our project finished 3 days late but, for an initial estimate of 4 weeks, that's quite impressive. One heads-up is their preference to work later in the day, contrary to my previous stereotype of the early-to-rise contractor. Brian manages projects well: he uses contracts and online billing, and is very reasonable when resolving issues or changes to the plan. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.
