We had power go out to part of our house. Dalcon Electric was able to come over within the hour and the technician Juan was able to diagnose and repair the problem, while also pointing out what the proper long term fix would be. He also spent the time to discuss other improvements that we wanted to do and what the rough cost would be. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

The estimates were fair. The communication was excellent and prompt. The scheduling was also prompt and efficient. The workers were polite, patient, detailed, and skilled. I could not be more satisfied.

We had 3 different people come to our house from Pacific Coast Home Services — Andrew for electrician needs, Augus to inspect our HVAC, and Raymond to explain our HVAC options for fixes / upgrades / replacements. Each was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and on time. They all took care to wear masks in the house and covered their shoes before entering. Booking with PCHS was a breeze - just call them up! And we got plenty of notification that our visits were confirmed, when our technicians were headed our way, etc. While we have yet to decide on whether we will use their services (still waiting on another electrician estimate), we felt very well taken care of and would trust PCHS to do the jobs we need.

I didn't regret my decision to have your electrician for the first alert smoke detectors installation a few days ago. Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

This is our 3rd time using LHP Electrical and they were as professional and reasonable as the last 2 times. Masks on, shoe covers, in and out in ~20 minutes.

We had a power outage in the kitchen that resetting GFCIs and breakers did not fix. LHP came the next morning and resolved it, along with giving us a quote (upon request) for upgrading the kitchen circuitry.

Remains my go to electrician.
