I’m a true DIY homeowner, however, I do know my limitations. One of the jobs is electrical installation. That being said, I bought a new milling machine and air compressor that needed 220 installed in my garage. I found Edwin on yelp and gave him a call to come out and give me a bid. Edwin came to my house right away and checked out what I needed. My wife also had some lights and the plug that she wanted installed. Edwin is a fantastic electrician! He is very knowledgeable, personable, actionable and very detail oriented. While he was up in my attic running some wires he noticed that someone had left a bare hot wire exposed. He took care of that at no charge protecting me and my family from a possible attic fire. What an awesome Guy. Not only did he fix the error, he noticed that my machine in my garage didn’t have adequate light so he suggested installing LED lights above my work station. So he came back the next day with all the equipment needed to install LED and had the job completed in no time at all. He is a very reasonable Electrician with regards to price. One more thing, when he was in my boys room installing the plug, he noticed one of the baseboards was loose. He came up to me and asked if I would mind if he took his power nail gun and fasten the baseboard. Edwin goes above the job. I have been looking for a good electrician for about a year. Now I’m happy to say that I have my electrician and his name is Edwin! I would highly recommend Edwin to all my family and friends. Furthermore, I will be calling Edwin back to wire my wife’s new she shed. Thank you Edwin for all your good work

DEC rewired my garage and several outside switches and fixtures. DEC fixed a cobbled up mess that did not meet code. I have complete confidence in their knowledge and ability, and in the work they did. It was comprehensive, met code, is clean and well laid out and everything works for the first time since we moved in. I would recommend DEC to anyone for any size job, with no reservation. I intend to use DEC again to fix more things that were not done properly in the past. Jason and Brian worked hard and smart. Their class of work/knowledge is rare and hard to find these days. We hire Lenny to install a Chargepoint EV station and was extremely happy with the results. I'm especially impressed by his splendid attention to details and ability to make ad-lib designs to work around special situations in our house that a normal electrician wouldn't solve. The job takes more time than usual, but the quality of work is far above my expectations. Price is highly competitive and is definitely great value. My experience with Nick at Electrica was fantastic. He was fast to respond, honest, communicative and stayed until the job was finished.

Work to be done -- I am preparing my finished garage to become my new home office. In order to do that I needed to add multiple power outlets on a new 20amp circuit along with a 30amp circuit for a mini split AC/Heat Pump to be installed later.

Experience -- Nick was able to come out and give me a quote very quickly. He offered a lot of expert advice to help in my decision process and helped me avoid some unnecessary spend. He was able to start work the very next day which was amazing. I work in tech, but have a lot of hands on experience working on my home and consider myself a knowledgeable consumer. I peppered Nick with questions during the installation process and he was glad to explain what he was doing and why. The workmanship and parts he used were all top quality. We ran into some roadblocks due to my home being older, but Nick came up with solid solutions and spent several extra hours to complete the project.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service experience, competitive pricing and final results. I will not hesitate to use Nick/Electrica again!

Installed a 220V outlet for an EV. Very competent and absolutely reliable. Showed up when he said he would, did great work. Knows his stuff and was able to make smart recommendations for best way to do the installation. Not the cheapest but not expensive and the work was impeccable.

I called Sonny because the electrical circuit breaker for my sump pump kept getting triggered, thus causing the pump to shut off and fail. Sonny replaced it and did a really good, solid job. I called him again to fix the other breaker and he came right away and charged a fair price.

I was referred to Avant Electric by a friend. Brian was very professional, easy to communicate, and pleasant to work with. He did a great job installing a Level 2 EV charger for me. I definitely will work with him again in the future and recommend his service to other.
