I called them and they were out same day within a few hours. Brayan did an excellent job explaining everything to me and when the power had gone out and wasn't coming back on. The circuit had been disconnected because the wires weren't fully connected making it an open circuit. After he closed it and corrected the wires everything worked perfectly. Really happy with the quality of work and willingness to explain everything.

We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. I found him to be very professional who wants to do everything right, by the book. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to doing a good job. He is also very polite, friendly and responsive.

Excellent service, showed up on time and repaired our power outage.

The tech was able to identify the cause of the smoking at the 220 volt receptacle of the dryer, and found that the dryer required a 40 amp circuit when the original receptacle and power cord were only rated at 30 amps, thus a sparking/smoking hazard. He supplied the correct cord and changed out everything to meet the correct requirements.

I work graveyard shifts at my job and a huge part of my job is to make sure everything is running smoothly. Well the other night we had a storm and our power shut off but we have back up generators, however they haven't been used in so long they weren't working either and for our company that's a BAD thing cause we need our machines running all day all night. Luckly nite and ay power has ups backup system and came out to help us right away! They got to my site fast and just in time!
