Main Stream is top on my list for electrical work. Whether it be new construction, remodel or a fix it job I'm confident they can do it. We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help. Thanks Again Bahram, and Altap Electrical for getting us quickly out of the dark!

Doug, Henry's assistant was very efficient, neat and got the job done well. He noticed items that we had not thought of, but that were obviously in need of updating. All in all, we feel safer and that is a big relief. The job was done well too, and the price was reasonable.

2 days to the long weekend and the wife and I rush to the washing room as we could smell smoke !!!

We tried to restart the washer and it seemed to work normally to our untrained eye. But as the saying goes “ No smoke without a fire” ! And since we could not ascertain the cause of the acrid smell, we decided to reach out to Fuse HVAC to come in and check out our washer and dryer and since they were to come in anyway, my wife requested for a check up of Air Conditioning unit and our refrigerator unit as well.

It is well past a decade since we had bought these along with this house and target were all new equipment. And since then , did not have to replace or repair too many of the major appliances. We Did not want to wait and come to know of any surprise expenses after the long weekend, so my wife chose early morning next day itself, which Fuse kindly obliged promised.

Next morning, just before the promised time, wife receives a text with name and photo of the service technician who was to come , one named Chiril.

Chiril arrived on time, duly masked and with shoe covers etc. , the epitome of customer service. He quickly reviews our Washer and very patiently without getting too technical clearly explains what happened to our washer and surmises that a replacement would be our best option. He also patiently discussed the various brand of washer and types in the market and merits and demerits of each, leaving us feeling more confident of our required buy, that we could have ever been. Of course knowing that he could not benefit directly from the guidance (they do not help buy/install/replace new units), made this a very thoughtful gesture and earned him full marks on customer service.

The he quickly moved on to our refrigerator and within seconds removed the fused bulb in the it and replaced it with the one we had brought earlier to replace it. No fuss, no delay, he made quick work out of it , without requiring us to remove all our items from the fridge.

Finally he inspected our a/c unit and found that it was low on Freon gas which he topped off quickly. But he did not leave it at that! He closely inspected the line and found a minor leak in the service port and replaced the valve, which should help the gas for longer period in the future.

All throughout the service call, he was completely respectful of our property and ever ready to share his knowledge and experiences on any of the appliances he was called to inspect.

We will call Fuse in a heartbeat whenever needed next and will insist on Chiril to assist us.

Note that they do not come cheap, but there is immense value for money and each service is clearly priced and detailed out in the bill. In the end you are left with the feeling that your needs were truly addressed!

They were wonderful to work with. They scheduled me with very little notice and were considerably less expensive than another company I had called earlier. Very affordable prices, as well as professionalism.

Raphael was great… quick to respond, flexible, and diagnosed and fixed our issue on the first visit!

This company is amazing, they came by so fast to work on a project at the store and with no hustle they were able to complete the work on time. They are very professional and I sincerely do recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone professional that wants to install any appliances.

Henry was the lowest price we found compared (roughly $50-100/plug more for other contractors, also upgrading our panel was half as much as some other contractors!) to other diamond certified companies. Really easy to work with. He was patient and thorough in answering all of our dozens of questions. He was very responsive, even on nights and weekends. He made the whole process of upgrading our panel smooth, and gave us good recommendations and had a lot of knowledge and was not trying to sell us anything extra we did not need.

The work he did for us:
-grounded 20 outlets
-he gave us 2 extra dedicated circuits in the kitchen so it would not trip
-updated our light switches
-upgraded our panel from the 50's from 100 amps to a 200 amp SquareD panel
-got permits for all the electric work and panel upgrade
-helped worked with PG&E with upgrading the panel and moving our wiring on top of our home since we used to have a pool in the backyard and we no longer needed to go on the side of the house, so to save on wiring as well as not having to run wire on top of our roof to the panel we moved the wiring to go directly to the panel
-told us the ceiling fans and lights the previous owner installed were too much weight and recommended us not to use the fans anymore as it could fall in the future, thanks Henry!
-helped make things safer in our garage as some wires were hanging and not stapled in or an electric box was just hanging by its wire
-He recommended and coordinated a great stucco contractor to patch around our larger panel and other holes that were necessary for the electrical work.
-He identified potentially dangerous wiring in our master bedroom bathroom, educated us on it, and asked if we wanted him to inspect it; for peace of mind, we chose to have him inspect it.
-He recommended and coordinated for us a great drywall contractor to fix the various small openings in the interior wall need to do the electrical work, as well as fix and seal old cracks we had in the ceiling and wall heater gaps we had removed with another contractor.

We would recommend Henry to anyone needing electrical work.
