So far this has only been a diagnostic visit and estimate, but it was an excellent experience. Project manager Omri Daushin arrived on time, and gave a thorough overview of his findings. No sales pressure, good advice. We need to think about our options, but the experience so far was five stars.

Electric Heroes team installed 240V outlet. The experience was amazing. Robert came out and provided a free estimate. The office followed up quickly to set up the install date. When I requested to pull in the date, the team put me on a wait list and then set up an appointment one week sooner. Robert contacted me in advance to say he was on his way. He showed up right on time. He asked questions to make sure the install was done the way I wanted. The work was completed early with no mess. Robert was professional and polite. Flores Electric did an amazing job. The electricity went out in one of the rooms in my house. Carlos from Flores Electric came, did a great job of inspecting the issue and looking around the house and then gave a really reasonable price for the work with options based on how hard the work might be (also the cost for an estimate was a lot more reasonable than other companies - and they waived it when I agreed to do the work). Then three guys came over to do the work a couple of days later and were very professional, walking me through what was happening, letting me know where they were at with the repair, etc. And when they had to cut through a small portion of the garage wall to access a wire, they fixed it and did a great job. We wanted to get recessed lighting and some electrical work done in our house, and Bahram was recommended to us by a family friend. Bahram first visited and assessed the lighting and electrical work and gave useful tips and recommendations, and also told us what work was essential and what work was unnecessary. We decided on a date for the work, and Bahram was very accommodating and understanding when we had to adjust the dates slightly.

Bahram's team was fast and efficient, and they got the work done in a timely manner. They faced several challenges with the lighting due to the structure of the house/ceilings; however they quickly figured out the solutions and got all the lighting done. Did a google search for an electrician to install a 120v 30 amp RV recepticle. Had called another company first for an estimate. That electrician had no clue as to what a 30 amp outlet looked like so decided he wasn't the right person for my request. Recieved an email, text from Sonny (SJ Rios Electric) that he would call and set up appointment. Soon after Sonny called and we set up the appiontment for thursday morning with a reasonable estimate. Sonny showed up on time with tools and the materials go do the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Sonny also explained what he was doing why.
