Edwin is the man. He answered the phone quickly when I called and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule. I 1st met Shane & his crew when my commercial space in Morgan Hill was being readied for city inspection. If it wasn't for their expertise & involvement with the project we would've never satisfied the City/State requirements. Carlos Velo and his team have absolutely transformed our electric installation. He takes the time to understand what his clients want and is incredibly fast to provide accurate estimates and answer questions. He keeps the construction site neatly organized and clean, installing plastic wrappers in the morning and removing them at the end of every day. Most importantly, Carlos and Velo Electric have given us the best possible retrofit, installing an upgraded panel in our 50 odd years house, giving it a completely finished look.

His name was Adrian, not listted on your list. He was courteous and helpful. He found the problem right away and fixed it.

I was impressed by Brian's frankness about the job we asks him to do. There was no beating around the bush in quoting us what the cost will be and my wife & I really appreciated that about him. He was very professional about the way he dealt with us and there was no room for misunderstanding about what we expect from his work. Worked for CH Reynolds as a contractor, and it was a horrible experience. Management never checks in with employees at their worksite, so you get no performance reviews, nor any opportunities to set goals. Management is so lacking that CH Reynolds lost their contract with the client, and all of us employees working for the client were let go. We were not notified of the change until 1 week before were let go! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

Rewiring work in two bedrooms was actually quite good but panel upgrade was sloppy and failed Inspection twice.

Armando and his team are good guys and did great work!!! Due to storm damage, we had to replace the waterline from our well to the whole home water tank. Armando was quick to come out and assess the situation. The next day, his team installed about 200 feet of weatherproof cables to get power down to the well again. I'd use Alternative Power & Electric anytime!
