Best System Troubleshooting in San Francisco CA

Mega responded to my service request same day, which was great since all my lights were out. it was a simple fix and they were very considerate in charging me fairly for it.

Highly recommended. Art is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And he was very responsive to all the questions I had. The installation process was very smooth and efficient. The installation / EV charger itself looks great and neat.

Art was referred to me by my neighbor and I would refer him to any of my friends and contacts.

I thought long and hard before posting negative comments. I clearly sent pictures of the two light fixtures and the ceiling medallions I wanted installed ahead of the job. I was told that one person was arriving and instead two people arrived so I paid double to install two light fixtures for a total of $318. But the worst part for me was the fact that I was told they couldn’t install the medallions because I didn’t have long enough screws… The reason I hired an electrician was so that I could be told either I needed to have long screws ahead of the job or that they would have at least had the screws to accommodate the job since I had sent pictures ahead of time. Do electricians not show up with even screws anymore? So this was very frustrating. In addition, I showed them some under the cabinet lights that we’re not working, already hardwired, and they couldn’t give me an estimate of what the cost would be to replace them because they said they were not fixable. They said they had to call their manager to come and give me an estimate. I guess the overall experience made me feel like it was just about getting the money and not keeping me as part of their customer base.

November 15, 2021 Update: On November 8th, Samuel Castillo of BV electric came out to personally apologize and make things right. I decided to give them another chance and Rigo of BV electric came out to install undercabinet lights on November 15th and did an excellent and clean job. He was personable and efficient and BV stuck to their estimate. I would definitely have Rigo come out to the house again. So in conclusion, I would use BV electric for future jobs because they were responsive when things went wrong the first time and they made it right and that is very appreciated.

I had a problem with my circuit breaker, so I called Eddie. He answered the phone right away on a Sunday and asked me clearly what was the problem.

He asked me to send a photo of the circuit breaker panels, and instructed me to fix the problem at no charge!!

The problem was fixed quickly and he called me back to make sure everything was ok.

I had Vega Electrical rewire some old knob and tube wiring in my 1907 build house. They did an amazing job, very fast and great work. Gave us a great price and went above and beyond with the service and skills.

We thought we had a ghost in our house as the lights began flickering and we would change the bulbs and more kept flickering. Trevor looked at the layout, looked at the box. Identified the culprits and the needed new part and got them and was in and out with a job well done. He was able to investigate the issue and resolve it very nicely. I would call him back again.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
