Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

I got a call from my tenant that the shower faucet got broken and water was running into the bathtub. I could not turn off the water in the whole building, because there were other tenants in the building and they were using bathrooms and were cooking etc. These were evening hours when everyone is at home. At the same time none of the plumbers I called was available to come right away to help. The money was really flushing down the drain. I could not wait until next morning. I was under tremendous stress: my utility bill was getting bigger every moment. This is where GeneralSF comes into the picture. Yevgeny answered my call and came within 15 minutes. He disassembled the shower faucet and stopped the water from running. He identified the broken part. Next day first thing in the morning he purchased this part in the store and installed it. Very professional & high quality install but extremely pricey. I paid $850 to turn a single 220v outlet into two 110v outlets. The work was quoted to take 3 hours, took about 40 minutes. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I asked over the phone for an estimate and I was told a story about how replacing an outlet cost about $150 2 years ago, which gave me confidence in a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten a few more bids on the project.
