Victor was very professional from the beginning. He promptly returned my call, he came out quickly to meet with me and give me an estimate for the work that I wanted done. He gave me some great suggestions in the process. He had his electricians start the job within a day.
The electricians did a great job of installing new lights, outlets, sensors and switch’s. They were true professionals.

Called A24 at an odd hour - Eddie picked up immediately and helped me to diagnosis my problem and how to restore electricity overnight on my own before coming over first thing the next morning for an extremely-efficient and quick service. I am SOOOOOO glad I called Bay Electric regarding an inspection of my condo building's electrical system that our new insurance company was requiring. Kevin was traveling, but still got back to me ASAP -- he was super responsive, easy to deal with, and a straight shooter. Another electrician had said it would cost at least $1500 to do the electrical inspection and report. But Kevin did it in an hour and charged me his very fair and reasonable hourly rate. If I ever have electrical issues/needs again, I'll definitely be using Kevin again.

I got a call from my tenant that the shower faucet got broken and water was running into the bathtub. I could not turn off the water in the whole building, because there were other tenants in the building and they were using bathrooms and were cooking etc. These were evening hours when everyone is at home. At the same time none of the plumbers I called was available to come right away to help. The money was really flushing down the drain. I could not wait until next morning. I was under tremendous stress: my utility bill was getting bigger every moment. This is where GeneralSF comes into the picture. Yevgeny answered my call and came within 15 minutes. He disassembled the shower faucet and stopped the water from running. He identified the broken part. Next day first thing in the morning he purchased this part in the store and installed it. I am impressed with Yevgeny's calm professionalism and quality of his work.

We hired Ricky to install a couple outlets for us, both indoor and outdoor. He was really careful to explain options and potential obstacles with our old Oakland house. He did a good job and left the area neat. Will definitely call him again.

Alex came over and quickly installed a light fixture for me. It took him around 15mins total. He was very personable and transparent about his price. I would definitely hire Alex again.

This is the guy you want for any remodel large or small. He has completely torn apart and rebuild from scratch to 1100 square foot, San Francisco Victorian flats for me. Down to the last detail. He has a great crew, great subs, is super reliable and honest, and gets the job done on time. He won’t cut corners, won’t ever overcharge you and if there are any unforeseen problems down the line, you just give him a call and he’ll come back and make it right immediately. I’ve done multiple projects in the past and Tomas Arias is the best I’ve ever found.

Extremely thankful for Saturday availability. Repaired a panel of outlets in our kitchen that suddenly went out. We also exchanged jokes that neither of us laughed at.

Lights Out totally upgraded my condo! They installed new recessed cans in my bedroom, upgraded my kitchen lights to LED, installed new pendant lights over my countertop, installed a fan in my living room, and put in upgraded outlet covers. It all looks great and takes my condo from looking cookie cutter to having it's own personality. They made great suggestions on how to set up my lighting for the best look and feel of the condo, were very clean and friendly, and the price was reasonable for all the work I had done. Highly recommended!
