Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Avi has done several jobs for me including main and sub panel replacement as well as adding various lights and outlets in/out of my garage. I couldn’t be happier with his work. Got connected to All Bay Solar through Sun Power. We decided to go with Sunpower because their panels as well as the 25year warranty are some of the top in the industry.

We appreciated Carlos (the founder and President) coming to our house to sit down and do an in-depth consultation within one week of reaching out to Sunpower. We contacted Luminalt and Occidental and their wait times for consultations were over a month and installations were not available until 2020. Their quotes for similar builds were significantly more than All Bay's.

Install was smooth and quick. Our only issue was that there were some hiccups with email communication and we would have liked a little more structure after signing the contract from the team. I chalk it up to them being a small company and being extremely business. I provided this feedback to Carlos and he was very open to it and saw to it that they improve their processes.

Overall a positive experience, and I'm happy with my decision.

We thought we had a ghost in our house as the lights began flickering and we would change the bulbs and more kept flickering. Trevor looked at the layout, looked at the box. Identified the culprits and the needed new part and got them and was in and out with a job well done. He was able to investigate the issue and resolve it very nicely. I would call him back again.

Last Friday, very excellent and affordable service was provided by Zoom Electricians. They repaired my receptacle that was not working, and I am very pleased. The electrician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed my device, and repaired the faulty parts. He is the best and didn't try to upsell me throughout. Thank you very much!

I hired Sergio based on a on NextDoor recommendation. He is a state licensed electrician who has previously done work for contractors. He came out the same day to give an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. His rates are reasonable and he uses high quality materials. I was very happy with the work that was done. Our bathroom socket is finally up to code with a GFCI circuit. Thanks Sergio!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
