Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

Mega responded to my service request same day, which was great since all my lights were out. it was a simple fix and they were very considerate in charging me fairly for it.

Last week I attempted what looked like a simple DIY project of replacing a kitchen sink sprayer and got stuck - needed a specialized tool to unscrew the existing hose. Yevgeny was there in 45 minutes, the new sprayer was installed in another 15 minutes. He also notices that my P-trap wasn't securely assembled, so he disassembled the trap and re-installed the whole thing in the process. Thank you Yevgeny for another plumbing job well done!

Avi has done several jobs for me including main and sub panel replacement as well as adding various lights and outlets in/out of my garage. I couldn’t be happier with his work. Tom is a good sales person. First, he scheduled a meeting with me to learn what I want and gave me suggestions. Then he communicated with me by email, call or msg. He responded to my questions in hours, sometimes, even during the weekends. Before the installation, Tom explained every detail of the installation. The crew team came on time and installed my solar system smoothly in one day. At the end, Jennifer applied NEM for me at PG&E. She and Tom had the same work style. Jennifer gave all the details, application timeline, what I should do and what/when I should expected. Everything went like she descripted. There was no hidden information and no surprising.

Very happy with my experience. It was a big job 3 panels, 2 outside that bring power from the street and 1 switch panel inside. Requiring him to deal with the City and PG&E. While other electricians seemed unsure how to do it. Trevor knew what he was talking about and got it done.

Very professional & high quality install but extremely pricey. I paid $850 to turn a single 220v outlet into two 110v outlets. The work was quoted to take 3 hours, took about 40 minutes. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I asked over the phone for an estimate and I was told a story about how replacing an outlet cost about $150 2 years ago, which gave me confidence in a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten a few more bids on the project.

Sergio & his team do phenomenal work and have been regular electrical contractors for both our HOA and for my extended family. He was able to scope and deliver a very complex EV charger project involving splicing new subpanel for all units in our building and then wiring each parking spot to be EV ready. His team completed all of the work extremely efficiently, pulled permits and coordinated inspections, and delivered the full project on a quick timeline and within budget. He also helped to repair our aging heating elements and wired our new appliance system. I would highly recommend Sergio and his team for any electrician project - they are the best!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
