Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. I would highly recommend mega electric for any of your electrical issues whether minor repairs or complex installation.

Had some issues with my breaker box and Art Electrical was able to solve the problem quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. I was able to reach Art on the phone and he was at my house within the hour, worked professionally and thoroughly, and completed the job quickly. This is to express appreciation for the outstanding level of professionalism, knowledge and skill demonstrated by Yevgeny Dubinsky in performing his duties as a general contractor and developing a relationship with customers that is built on trust, understanding, cooperation, and outstanding service.

I had the opportunity to meet with Yevgeny from General SF, one of the principals of the company, and he was able to inspect my home in San Francisco. The work done by Yevgeny in the inspection process was thorough, customer-service oriented, and knowledgeable with respect to construction and San Francisco city guidelines and regulations.

The first thing that is important is the customer-service orientation that was demonstrated by Yevgeny. He made me feel comfortable and like I was a valued customer from the moment that we met. As he maintained this relationship with me, he was able to go systematically through the home and knowledgably point out anything that needed to be done to improve on the home in certain areas. Throughout this process, he made me feel comfortable, appreciated, and valued as an individual.

The knowledge that he demonstrated was in all areas of general contracting. He was able to discuss with me every specific aspect of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and any and all other matters related to improvements and construction so as to comply with San Francisco city and county guidelines to put the home in perfect condition. The knowledge was appreciated and gave me a great deal of confidence in going forward with those improvements that were necessary to make sure that the home was satisfactorily taken care of and cared for.

The communication skills demonstrated by Yevgeny were also something that was very impressive. In addition to being able to communicate clearly and precisely on any questions that were asked, he always had a tone that made me feel that my questions were reasonable and that he wanted to be helpful in answering them. That ability to communicate and answer questions exactly on point and then respond only to those things that are asked for is something that I greatly appreciated in his communication skills and style.

Again, I want to thank you for the opportunity of dealing with such an outstanding person as Yevgeny Dubinsky. In over 40 years, I have rarely found anyone with the knowledge, skill, and customer-service orientation that this outstanding individual has as he works for his company, General SF. We hired Ricky to install a couple outlets for us, both indoor and outdoor. He was really careful to explain options and potential obstacles with our old Oakland house. He did a good job and left the area neat. Will definitely call him again.

Tom is a good sales person. First, he scheduled a meeting with me to learn what I want and gave me suggestions. Then he communicated with me by email, call or msg. He responded to my questions in hours, sometimes, even during the weekends. Before the installation, Tom explained every detail of the installation. The crew team came on time and installed my solar system smoothly in one day. At the end, Jennifer applied NEM for me at PG&E. She and Tom had the same work style. Jennifer gave all the details, application timeline, what I should do and what/when I should expected. Everything went like she descripted. There was no hidden information and no surprising.

They did outstanding work. They deserve the 5-star rate.
