Art was very responsive in scheduling a visit to give us an estimate on installing two electrical outlets and we also consulted him on a grounding issue we were having. He and his team did a commendable job with their efficient work. He has great communication skills and is quite knowledgeable. Art also gave us an option to save money by handling the grounding ourselves. We elected to have him do it as his rates were quite reasonable. They generally do the job well, however it is impossible to reach them at certain hours since they do not have a full time office person staffing phone lines. I have employed them continuously over several years and they have been doing what is needed each time.
