Finally, a professional electrician who know their stuff and gets the job done! We've been reticent about electricians b/c our prior experience wasn't done properly and cost too much. I'm stoked with his work and knowledge. He even is going beyond and offered to bring us the proper lightbulbs when he picks up parts for the next project we're having him work on.

Very overpriced: quoted me $200 per light for installing two fixtures (~30 minutes of work for $400), even after I had already set up by turning off the breaker, removing the old fixtures from the ceiling, etc.

They charged me $89 for the house call (which I had agreed to beforehand). In retrospect, I should have pushed harder for a quote over the phone. Other electricians were willing to give quotes based on pictures, etc., so this clearly exists just to make money.

Once the electrician showed up, it felt that he didn't think it was worth his time and just wanted the $89 house call fee, so quoted an excessively high price just to end the visit.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Electrical Land. Their dispatcher was professional and very helpful. The electrician was clear in everything he did and explained everything I needed to know as he repaired my panel breaker that won't stay on. I appreciated his excellent service. I was walking at 1st St and Howard St in San Francisco and a CBF driver nearly hit me walking when I had a walk sign on a crosswalk. He paused as if to let me go and then he started driving again and almost hit me a second time. He had strawberry blondish hair, glasses and a mustache and was wearing a hat. When I looked him in the eyes as he almost ran me over, he showed no sign of remorse and looked straight through me. Please address driving safety with your employees because this could have had a different outcome if I wasn’t paying attention. He was driving pretty fast.
