Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. The 7 units commercial units power outage after hour 6 pm to be exact, I called 2 different company requested for an emergency service to the building none of them could show up right away have to wait until tomorrow morning, even those the add said 24 hrs emergency services provide, that is where Spark Smith Electric came in, Trevor Smith came to the building within 30 minutes, after 20 minutes look around he found the problem that cause power outage, the guy located the fuses box even those the fuses box behind the drywall wall he cut it out and found it, the guy are very nice person he show me what cause the power outage and help me clamp the fuses adapter head back together, if anyone need electric work at home or businesses should contact spark Smith Electric thank you.

Sergio & his team do phenomenal work and have been regular electrical contractors for both our HOA and for my extended family. He was able to scope and deliver a very complex EV charger project involving splicing new subpanel for all units in our building and then wiring each parking spot to be EV ready. His team completed all of the work extremely efficiently, pulled permits and coordinated inspections, and delivered the full project on a quick timeline and within budget. He also helped to repair our aging heating elements and wired our new appliance system. I would highly recommend Sergio and his team for any electrician project - they are the best!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Very professional & high quality install but extremely pricey. I paid $850 to turn a single 220v outlet into two 110v outlets. The work was quoted to take 3 hours, took about 40 minutes. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I asked over the phone for an estimate and I was told a story about how replacing an outlet cost about $150 2 years ago, which gave me confidence in a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten a few more bids on the project.
