Michael is the best electrician. I have used him both in a condo and a single family home. He explains the issues and explains the possible solutions. Excellent work, shows up on time, and cleans up after himself. I always call Michael any time I have electrical needs. 5 Stars and highly recommended.

Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

Before heading over, he called me one more time to double check and walking through it one more time, the power came back on. I was so thankful that he was willing to help me over the phone for free! Tom is a good sales person. First, he scheduled a meeting with me to learn what I want and gave me suggestions. Then he communicated with me by email, call or msg. He responded to my questions in hours, sometimes, even during the weekends. Before the installation, Tom explained every detail of the installation. The crew team came on time and installed my solar system smoothly in one day. At the end, Jennifer applied NEM for me at PG&E. She and Tom had the same work style. Jennifer gave all the details, application timeline, what I should do and what/when I should expected. Everything went like she descripted. There was no hidden information and no surprising.

Trevor and team did the electrical wiring for our house. They were very quick to reply to us. Trevor came the same day to start working with us. He and his brother were dedicated. I hired Sergio based on a on NextDoor recommendation. He is a state licensed electrician who has previously done work for contractors. He came out the same day to give an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. His rates are reasonable and he uses high quality materials. I was very happy with the work that was done. Our bathroom socket is finally up to code with a GFCI circuit. Thanks Sergio!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
