I called Art to help with installing additional accent lightening at our kitchen area and make some fixtures of existing lighting in the rooms. Art came on time, fully equipped with professional tools. Short after a quick chat he’s able to understand what’s need to be done and in about one hour all the issues were fixed. Everything was cleaned and ready to use after work completed. Really happy I got Art recommended by my friends and he’s able to come and fix all that we need within a short notice. Highly recommended!

Yevgeny has saved the day numerous times with small plumbing stuff, but the icing on the cake was the time a truck hit the power lines to my house in the middle of the night, ripped my electrical mast into the street, and drove off, leaving my house (and my tenants too!) without power. PG&E fixed the lines, but the rest was my responsibility. Yevgeny was on the spot first thing in the morning, quoted me thousands less than the few people who even deigned to return my call, and toiled madly through terrible rain to get power back to my place - it was a huge ordeal. And he helped me deal with the insurance people. If you have a problem - call Yevgeny, he's the best, there's a reason his ratings are so high.
