The team showed up when they said they would, conferred with me every step of the way and expertly guided me through the entire process of upgrading and moving my panel, installing recessed lighting throughout the house, putting overhead lighting in the garage, upgrading and adding light switches and outlets throughout, adding sconces on both sides of the garage, upgrading my outdoor security lighting and patching all necessary holes to paint ready condition. One day recently around 9 PM, I had the main breaker shut off at my house due to some electrical short, and it would not flip back on (it was stuck in the off position). I had no electricity at all, and plenty of work I needed to complete over the next couple of days. I called 11 electricians that night, hoping someone might have a 24-hour service and could charge me to come out and fix it. Only one person answered: Eddie from A 24 Electric. Not only did he answer, but he talked me through the process to reset my stuck breaker, spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently, and talking me through this whole situation. The most incredible part of this call was that he was on vacation overseas, eating breakfast in another country, when he answered. When I found out he was on the call I tried to apologize and excuse myself but he really wanted to help me fix the problem before I hung up.

By the end of the call, my power was restored and he did not ask for a dollar for his time. Few companies would ever provide this level of service, even for a fee. The fact that he was so helpful, after hours, and on his VACATION no less, speaks volumes about his character and business. I will always recommend this company in the future due to this level of service. Thank you again for the help!

Fast response, easy communication and really fair rates. Another company tried to take advantage of us, but Bay Electric was honest and fixed our problem correctly and at the right price.

Yevgeny was great in resolving my plumbing problem. I had sewage coming up in my garage every time we flushed the toilet. He came in on Sunday and right away found the place where it was clogged. He went into the pipe and after a while started pulling out stuff I couldn't imagine would end up in my sewage system. No wonder it was clogged.
I'm really happy with the work Yevgeny did and if I ever need a plumber again, I'll call him!

We hired Ricky to install a couple outlets for us, both indoor and outdoor. He was really careful to explain options and potential obstacles with our old Oakland house. He did a good job and left the area neat. Will definitely call him again.

Alex came over and quickly installed a light fixture for me. It took him around 15mins total. He was very personable and transparent about his price. I would definitely hire Alex again.

This is the guy you want for any remodel large or small. He has completely torn apart and rebuild from scratch to 1100 square foot, San Francisco Victorian flats for me. Down to the last detail. He has a great crew, great subs, is super reliable and honest, and gets the job done on time. He won’t cut corners, won’t ever overcharge you and if there are any unforeseen problems down the line, you just give him a call and he’ll come back and make it right immediately. I’ve done multiple projects in the past and Tomas Arias is the best I’ve ever found.

I have been EXTREMELY happy with Edam's Electric. We've been working with Ash and his team for well over 10 years now. They initially helped my wife and I with our home needs and we were so impressed by their work, that we enlisted them to handle all our lighting for our business. They are always on time, VERY tidy and really show they care about the job they do. Ash is super friendly and quick to respond. We would absolutely recommend them!

These guys are the BEST

Out of 3 issues only the easiest was fixed.
Charged $320 ($100 transportation + $180/h + $50 for a dimmer) to change a light switch and leave postit notes on the other problematic fixtures.

No recommendations left.

Didn’t even bother picking up the wire cut leftovers.

Not safe on the road, don’t stop on stop sign making me do a quick stop, then show me the middle finger for no reason. What kind of drivers you have?
