The price was really good and they had availability on short notice- also the work was really good, so for that they get 5 stars.I needed a sub panel to get rid of all the old Zinsco breakers on my main panel and they delivered. Works great. Only problem, and this was a lack of info on everyone's part and not related to work quality- we needed a permit, this isn't required in the city of SD so they were not aware, but where I live in north county, the sub panel required a permit- so Matt helped me get it inspected and permitted afterward, which I appreciate.

The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

Carini just finished a rather large project on my home - Installing central a/c, duct replacement and installing a mini split on our addition. All of this was completed based on the timeline Gabe promised and there were no surprises. From the initial visit, Gabe was straight forward and had an overall pleasant demeanor. I did my due diligence and saw three different companies for this hefty task, and I'm happy to say I'm 100% certain I made the right choice with Carini. The guys here were professional and respectful of our home. They worked hard and stayed until the job was done. It's not easy having people in your home for several days when you have two toddlers and a crazy dog, but they managed and I'm so grateful for our fantastic air conditioning!
