Best Remodeling Project in San Diego CA

I haven't had to hire an electrician before. Lee set a high bar for any future electrician interactions I have. I was provided a quick, professional, and friendly response. Lee was willing to talk me through what he was doing through the troubleshooting process. Great company!

Worst customer service ever, not kidding. No idea how any of these other customers were able to give a 5 star review at all. I lost power to my home, explained that my fridge was also effected and was defrosting. Two hours after I made the work request I got a text that a technician would arrive about 7 hours later. I called to cancel the appointment, talked to the same person with whom I made the appointment and he hung up on me after confirming the cancel. Rude, apathetic and manipulative of a customer's needs. They treat you like you'll either wait for them on their time or you'll find someone else. Unbelievable. The technician never gave me a name either. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use this company, use literally anyone else. Unbelievable!

Fast, professional service and great communication.

They fixed our electrical issue in under 30 minutes and we haven’t had any problems since. They were easy to communicate with and were very prompt for our appointment. I will be reaching out again for more projects around our home.

Kevin was the only electronician that gave me a time that he'd stop by to fix my doorbell. He was prompt, professional, and I'm going to call him again soon to fix our common area lighting.

This guy did an excellent job and he took the time to explain his bid totally and answered every question. I would recommend this electrical contractor to anybody. Most of all, his bid was very affordable by far over all the other bids. He answers his phone too. Hire him, you won’t be disappointed.

I had contacted Eugene because of a beeping smoke alarm. He asked all of the right questions, quoted me a price and scheduled a time for later that afternoon. He showed up promptly, went to work and was done in about an hour or less. He was very professional and efficient - I will call him and would recommend him gladly.

They took a totally 1990 posh residence with textured wall surfaces, yellow paint, brown wood, and white rug almost everywhere (bathroom consisted of) and transformed it into a modern masterpiece. The walls as well as ceilings were all re-textured, all new hardwood as well as ceramic tile placed in throughout, brand-new paint anywhere, complete bathroom reno with claw foot bathtub as well as expanded/redone stroll in shower, full kitchen reno, light fixtures mounted throughout the home, repainted cabinets, and lots of various other things. I will absolutely be back for the various other 2 bathrooms, front and back backyard, and also repaint of the whole house.

Not professional

I have been very happy with all the work Electrical Insight has done for me! They replaced the electrical panel at my residence, added and upgraded lighting receptacles and fixtures, did trouble shooting and rewiring, etc. All the work has been done in a timely manner at an affordable cost. I understand that Electrical Insight does both residential and commercial work. They provide exceptional customer service and that why I’ve recommended them to my family and friends and now you!
