Worst customer service ever, not kidding. No idea how any of these other customers were able to give a 5 star review at all. I lost power to my home, explained that my fridge was also effected and was defrosting. Two hours after I made the work request I got a text that a technician would arrive about 7 hours later. I called to cancel the appointment, talked to the same person with whom I made the appointment and he hung up on me after confirming the cancel. Rude, apathetic and manipulative of a customer's needs. They treat you like you'll either wait for them on their time or you'll find someone else. Unbelievable. The technician never gave me a name either. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use this company, use literally anyone else. Unbelievable!

Recently sold our house and needed to do some electrical work per the house inspection.Jerry was able to come out the morning after I called and he was great to work with. The price was very reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend CLD Electric.

Nothing but good things to say about Gforce. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, very honest, and made quick work of our issue. He careful looked at our breaker box, the problem breaker, went through each switch that might have been the source of our electrical failure. In the end, our electrical outage and flickering are gone and we could not be any more appreciative to him.

The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

Reasonable pricing for a ceiling fan with light and remote installation. Professional and friendly office staff and technician as well as the owner. Very quick service. I would definitely hire this company again for any electrical work.
