Laurence was extremely helpful, professional and prompt. Could not have asked for better help. Our kitchen outlets were out (including the fridge). Fixed very quickly which was a relief because we were concerned about our food going bad. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted an additional outlet installed in our bathroom, we called Emerald Pacific and chatted with Chris about it. The electrician John came out the next day and had it ready for us in no time. Thorough in his explanation and workflow he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up the worksite once wrapped. Very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

I messaged on the weekend because I lost power in half my house after doing some home projects. I got a call back two minutes later and was walked through some troubleshooting. He was so nice and spent a lot of time reviewing my problem and providing steps to take. They have the BEST customer service!

I installed a ceiling fan for my bathroom and needed it wired into the wall for a switch. I used Angies List to find them and they responded in less than 3 minutes. Rob had a guy at my house the next day to wire it in. I’m assuming the price was fair but I can’t validate that claim. He also said he had to charge me a bit extra because I found him on Angies List to cover those costs so just call him direct next time to save some $. He also came out for an estimate for a backyard project and gave me a good quote. I’d totally use them again for any electrical needs.

Since a major demo we have continued to have major electrical problems and feared that an incompetent contractor left us with a possible whole level to be rewired. I was able to schedule an appointment for less than a week later, Mike showed up within the time frame given and after discussing the issues at hand he went to work immediately testing all electrical outlets (he looked concerned with our same thoughts on rewiring). In about 30 mins he was able to find that all these issues were related to one single broken electrical outlet, he looked more relieved than I was! Mike was very excited with his findings and demonstrated that he is truly passionate about his work and providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them and have not had any issues since!

I met Randy at my place of business and asked about a service panel upgrade for my home.He was able to quote my project right then.He and his crew handled everything from the permits and service disconnect to the installation and inspection.I am very happy with their work from beginning to end.i have since had another large project completed by Carter Electric and received the same high level of service.I would like to thank Mike and Marty for their help in getting my shop squared away and safe, and also for letting me help out with the non-technical grunt work.If I have any more electrical projects in the future, Carter electric is my first choice.

Chris and his employee John knocked out numerous electrical projects for us in 2.5 days! They were on time, efficient, clean work/cleaned up after each project, competent/skilled electricians and with competitive pricing. We had our a panel upgraded/serviced. He put in a new outdoor outlet and rewire 2 indoor outlets that were on overloaded circuits on to separate circuits, run wiring and install of EV car charger clear on other side of house(having to climb in our tiny attic) and installing 4 can lights in our living room and swap out a couple light switches for us that I had already purchased and had not gotten around to installing. Oh and he helped my husband get his outdoor TV mounted! We are happy customers and Overall We would highly recommend Chris/west coast electric solutions and his team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
