I had an issue at my home, they were able to give me advice over the phone to fix the problem saving me both time and money. Great service, I had called a few others and they all wanted to charge me a bunch of money to solve what was a small fix I could do myself. My wife and I wanted an additional outlet installed in our bathroom, we called Emerald Pacific and chatted with Chris about it. The electrician John came out the next day and had it ready for us in no time. Thorough in his explanation and workflow he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up the worksite once wrapped. I used Bella electric to do some electrical work in my house and replace a panel. I like how responsive they were by keeping me informed of when they would be at my home and on what day. They were cordial when they arrived, and after the initial estimate I felt like, I would hire them. The work was done in exactly the amount of time they said it would take an even followed up with me after the fact to make sure everything was going OK. Recently, I had another issue come up and I had him come back, and they fixed the new problem that I had .Like finding a good mechanic, it’s tough the same with a good contractor or electrician and I will see personally, I found a awesome electrician in Bella electric. I don’t have electrical issues every day, but if I ever need that service, Bella is my company!

Did not mention the 90 dollar diagnostic fee over the phone. Made it seem like there would only be 75 if they give you a bid but it’s 75+90. Electrician seemed knowledgeable and was respectful.

I can't say enough good things about this company and Thorin. When I first contacted them, they responded within minutes, setting up an appointment for the following day. They were honest and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure that I had a solution as quickly as possible. The day of the service I had a strict time constraint as the house was scheduled for fumigation and tenant move-in immediately after the tent removal. Thorin was very punctual and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a few minutes. I love this company! I would defiantly hire them again.

Saved the day as we have company in town that overloaded the breaker and shorted a wire. Got us up an running and have some great info on some next steps to upgrade our panel. They are knowledgeable about older homes (we live in Allied Gardens) and newer builds. They grounded and added a new panel to a rental property for us a few years back. Thank You!

Paul and his team were very professional. They installed and upgraded our electrical panel the coal panel and also so moved one A-day 1 additional panel so that they were both side-by-side. I was highly impressed with Greg’s professionalism. I had called several places for an estimate. He got back to me right away and came out quickly for an estimate. His estimate was impressive for a quality job and he took some time to educate on my different options. He returned a few days later to install a chandelier, fix and update an outdoor outlet, several lights switches and hide some outdated stereo wiring. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any of my electrical needs.

Never received the electric generator we ordered. Ace sent an email stating it was out of stock and another due in 2 weeks. Then immediately got shipping confirmation. Generator did not come. We emailed seller. They would not rreply.Called Amazon to investigate. They said Ace would not reply to their emails and phone #s listed did not work.Not sure what happened. Never had this happen with Amazon dealers. Amazon is filing a fraud case against them.
