My experience with this company was good from the beginning. I initially spoke to Matt over the phone. I explained that I needed a price estimate on several things that were needed to be completed pending the sale of my aunt's house. Matt asked if I could email the list to him and he would give me a qoute over the phone. Upon receiving the list he went over everything with me and said that once the electrician came out they would be able to see if the cost could be reduced. I was really pleased with the initial contact because it made me feel like he was all about helping us without trying to hit up our pocketbook. Everyone else I had called wanted to charge me a fee to come out to give an estimate. We had tenitively set the appointment for the follwing Monday but when I called back he was able to squeeze me in sooner. When the electricians came to the house late Saturday evening they went right to work. Richard and Peter were awesome. They did everything to make it cost effective and I felt like they treated us like family. Because they did not have all the parts needed for one of the jobs they came back early this morning (Monday) to complete the job. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years. I am always overjoyed when I am treated the way I have treated others on my job. I would highly recommend Premo to friends and family and anyone else looking to have electrical work done. These guys are top notch.

I can't say enough good things about this company and Thorin. When I first contacted them, they responded within minutes, setting up an appointment for the following day. They were honest and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure that I had a solution as quickly as possible. The day of the service I had a strict time constraint as the house was scheduled for fumigation and tenant move-in immediately after the tent removal. Thorin was very punctual and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a few minutes. I love this company! I would defiantly hire them again.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. This man is AWESOME!! We used Luke to completely replace the electrical in our shop and we are more than happy with the results!!!! He is prompt, truthful about the timeline and cost and CLEAN!! Luke took the time to talk us through our job, step-by-step, and allowed us the opportunity to make adjustments to make sure that the projects were completed per code.

Great prices fast and easy service 10/10

Installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom (where we didn't previously have any overhead lighting) and an outdoor outlet last summer. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us a lot of tips for picking out an efficient fan for our space and great prices! Will definitely call again if we have more electrical work in the future. He books up fast though, so plan in advance.

I hired Green Electric Solutions to replace my breaker panel. The electrician they sent was very professional. He gave me several options on how to deal with the replacement so that I could decide based on my home requirements and the budget that I have. The workmanship was excellent and we now feel safer.
