No answer , no call back for days then price gouge

We had a leak with our toilet and called ideal plumbing. Robbie was worried that our older tiles might crack while repairing the pipes. He was not only able to salvage the tiles but fix our leaking toilet. He was very professional and always communicated exactly what was happening through the few visits.
