He walked around with me and I showed him the things that I needed to have done. He gave me the estimate and when I told him I would have to only do part of the list due to cost, he was not impatient in the least. He did the work and did a wonderful job and said he would be happy to come back any time we were ready to finish the list. He even made a few suggestions for electrical things in our older home. Hired to perform work at my complex sent 3 massive work trucks and took up only 3 unused parking stalls. Parked truck in a manner where 3/4 of sidewalk is blocked. ADA issue (see posted pic) Park offsite.
