Aaron was very communicative and his electrician, James, was very respectful (wearing a mask during these COVID times), efficient, and completed all tasks on hand. With this going as smoothly as it did, I already have him booked for a second job!

We are very pleased with the service and high quality job from Premo Electric. The chandelier we ordered has over 600 pieces (including many crystals). What makes the job even more difficult was the wrong screws in the package we received. The two electricians went extra mile to purchase different types of screws at Home Depot and successfully installed the chandelier. We really appreciate their professionalism and problem-fixing skills, and will definitely recommend them to our neighbors.

I was looking for an electrician to come out on a Sunday afternoon, and I couldn't get anyone until Rich returned my call. I explained the problem, and through his good faith and true professionalism, Rich offered his expertise and explained the cause, and actually walked me through on how to reset our circuit breaker over the phone, and was at least able to restore power to the main parts of the house. We still need to restore power to the rest of the house, and I didn't think twice to reach back out to Rich! He responded promptly. He saved our Sunday! I would recommend Lightning Electric. I found Jose in a search for an electrician to help us place a hot tub. He came to my house, did a large amount of necessary work, made certain he had the necessary supplies, and performed high-quality work. We ended up needing him twice. He was prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Any electrical work we need from now on will be done by Jose.

I'm from a very small town back East and, all of our electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, etc. service and repair work is done by family and friends (most of who we can trust:) ) But, I never expected to find anything close to that in San Diego . That's until I was lucky enough to find Tim at Mission Electric. If you've been burned in the past (like I have) there's absolutely no reason to call anyone other that Tim. He's prompt, polite, professional and goes the extra mile to help you in an emergency situation. This guy is definitely 5 stars plus and no, he's not my cousin!

Owner Dan and his entire crew are very unhelpful. They fail to properly assess the needs of the client and to give expert advice on what it takes to address the business' needs. They are unhelpful, hostile and rude to the client. They are aggressive and derogatory in their dealings with the customer even though we have given them repeat business. They push for getting paid before they make sure their job is properly installed, tested and functional. I urge you strongly to look for your interest and think twice about hiring them and get yourself into a lot of aggravation and poor service as I have done.
