Laurence Kohb is the finest electrician whom I've ever engaged for electrical services. He seemingly magically hones in on the electrical problem area immediately and quickly resolves the issue. Laurence always responds quickly and tries to visit you that day or at the latest the next day. Moreover, he will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone, at no charge (which amazes me), if at all possible. His fees are reasonable and fair. Lastly, Laurence is a friendly and affable guy, so, for me, it's always a pleasure to see him at work at my home. I hold him in high esteem and, of course, surely recommend him for any business or residential electrical needs. David

I worked with Rick from Dawson Electric. He was very professional and responsive. I requested an electric diagnostic for electric heaters that weren't working. Rick was able to get the diagnostic done on the same day. After the diagnostic, he gave us a fair quote to replace our in-wall electric heaters. He worked with the vendor for the heaters and was able to install the same day he picked up the heaters. Overall, I highly recommend Rick and am very happy with the results. I had an outstanding experience at Electric City.I had to have a 220 hook up because I was receiving a new Jacuzzi in two days.It was quite a large job. First of all, my technician Lee, came out the same day to assess my situation and give me quote.I was a customer service manager at Macys for many years, and I always notice what kind of service I receive.Lee had an excellent attitude and was professional, the entire time he was here.!He explained things well, and I got an honest feeling from him.There were a few glitches and he came out to help the situation ….a few times . I was impressed and very grateful.His associate, Eric was also extremely polite and had a great attitude as well. I truly appreciated that.

Great service at a fair price

Used Robs a year ago and he sent out two guys that were great, got the jobs done in good time at fair cost… so we went to Robs again a few weeks ago. This time Rob himself was on the job (he claims) - but never showed up and didn’t respond to calls or texts. We gave him the benefit of the doubt… two weeks later we rescheduled and he never showed again. Absolutely ghosted us. Never responded other than an emoji of “???”. Not sure what to make of that -political or unprofessional - but suffice it to say reliability is not there. After seeing other reviews it appears he has a pattern of doing this to a specific set of clients (search through them you’ll see what I mean). Very disappointing. Concerned that work done by his team “under warranty” is anything but legit and wont be covered if an issue emerges. Look elsewhere if you want work done without a hassle.

Richard came out for a troubleshooting and repair job. His communication and response time was excellent. He was able to very quickly identify the issue and repair it immediately. Hired to perform work at my complex sent 3 massive work trucks and took up only 3 unused parking stalls. Parked truck in a manner where 3/4 of sidewalk is blocked. ADA issue (see posted pic) Park offsite.

The best electrician I've ever used. The team is honest, competent and friendly. They fixed things other electricians couldn't, including installing a light switch for my entry hall light in the upstairs hallway so I don't have to go down the stairs to turn the light off.
