We had 3 ceiling fans w/new box wiring, and attic light installed. Hector was fantastic! He had to re-do improper work that was started. Knowledgeable, professional, kind, & excellent communication in all areas. Thank you Hector!!!

Requested service on out 240v, they charged us $100 fee and nothing was fixed. Would not refund.

Called & spoke to a live message lady rep on Saturday, but no return call as she promised, but got text next day from owner Devren & sent pics of broken short electric cord needing replacement as he requested. No response. The next day, Monday, he responds saying min $175. + part to do, yes, for a $10. part replacement in a tiny portable bbq rotisserie motor worth $65. He refuses me meeting him at his shop or home to avoid “service call” drive & $200. charge. Very inflexible & not into small jobs. Sad. Beware

I had them wire and install three ceiling fans. They were punctual, did an amazing install and left their work area clean. Very professional and great prices. Highly recommend.

I’m new to Poway and HG Electric is now my go-to electrician. Responsive communication, fair prices and highly skilled. No salespeople, you deal directly with the owner. My first project was a nasty one- we lost power to outdoor fixtures. It took a while to solve, but he stuck with it and finished under budget. Definitely recommend.

Zapp Electric is a small family owned company

Never received the electric generator we ordered. Ace sent an email stating it was out of stock and another due in 2 weeks. Then immediately got shipping confirmation. Generator did not come. We emailed seller. They would not rreply.Called Amazon to investigate. They said Ace would not reply to their emails and phone #s listed did not work.Not sure what happened. Never had this happen with Amazon dealers. Amazon is filing a fraud case against them.

Installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom (where we didn't previously have any overhead lighting) and an outdoor outlet last summer. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us a lot of tips for picking out an efficient fan for our space and great prices! Will definitely call again if we have more electrical work in the future. He books up fast though, so plan in advance.

We rebuilt our older Claremont home and decided to rewire the entire house, including upgrading the service. We worked with dozens of contractors throughout the project, but none of them were as professional Derek at Eco Electric. The team showed up when the said they would, worked until it was the right time to stop and then picked it up again the next day repeatedly bringing their A game every day. The work was exceptionally well done and we couldn't be happier to have modernized our entire home's electric.I've recommend Derek over and over to anyone I know and he's always done the same level of exceptional work no matter the size or difficulty of the project!A++ organization!

This company requires a $30 fee to come out to do a quote on a job for my house. What other fees do they have. Would watch out.
