They had the best price for the work I needed done, and they were able to come out the same day to get it done.

Quality work in replacing an out dated, loose and sparking wall plug to my washing machine. He also wore mask, kept social distance, and put on fresh gloves. Previous work done on that plug only allowed one item to be plugged in at a time. What a hassel. Mr. Electric solved that part of the problem too. Now the plug is fully functional.

John was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently during the 2 hrs. He finished two projects even though I was only expecting for him to finish one. Nice surprise! Based on service, I would have given 5 stars.He was 2 hrs late however. The appt was for 12p. I called the office at 12:15p and left a message. No one from the office ever called me back. John ended up calling on his personal cell at 1:30p and swinging by at 2p. It worked out because I work from home though it was still frustrating.Would've been nice to get a call confirming the appt the day before and then a call once they were running late.All that said, the service was great and I will give them a second chance.

Great experience with 240v outlet install. The work was done very well at a reasonable price. Offered pricing on if I bought the supplies and if I did not. Overall very pleased, would use them again on any electrical work I needed done.

Aaron Electrical Co. team showed up on time. Were very efficient in the work that needed to be accomplished, and I never once heard them complain about needing to go into the attic space to achieve the job at hand. In addition, they know their stuff, are clean, and respectful. Which isn't something I can say about their competitors.

Bell Electric 24 hour service can not be compared to others. Had an emergency and was calling all around to just find some help. We knew we had probably just blown a fuse but need some help doing so. Ended up call Bell and a Mr Valentine master electrician answered. Instead of pricing a quote just to come out and check it himself, he did a step by step walk through of everything he would do and behold problem solve in minutes. No charge no waisting time. Great leader by looking out for his people in allowing them their rest and wonderful instructions on guiding us to restoring power to our house. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

What I like about the company is they send you texts and emails to remind you of your appointment. The company sends pictures and bios of your technicians. This company is great in communicating with you and with each other. Tyler Woods was wonderful. He explains what is needed. He dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. My installation team Richard M and Emmitt G were great. They did the 8 hours install and cleaned after themselves. These men made it all look easy. They guys were professional and worked straight though in this San Antonio 90 degree weather.

Not what it seems.This is just an answering service that refers calls out. This is not a service. I have been calling around due to poor service with another electric company and was transferred to that company. I was flabbergasted. Your mileage will vary greatly and there was no transparency in this being a referral service only.

LP3 is awesome, I needed to have a breaker repaired and they came out within a couple hours, as well as on the lower end to replace it. Our lights also started flickering. They could have come out and charged us to assess the problem, but instead suggested we call CPS, who came out and fixed the problem. Very honest company, which goes a long way nowadays.

Brandon and the team were incredible. Very knowledgeable in the field, attentive, and flexible. They rewired our entire house and were very helpful in sharing best practices to where switches and light fixtures should be positioned. Quote was also reasonable considering the house has no attic or crawl space.
