I had the task of replacing the siding on my property. We got to the part where the electric service panels needed to be pulled off the property so I could replace the siding behind it. I received a fast response from Gary who helped pull the necessary permits from CPS Energy and a date was set. Amos, my appointed service tech, arrived before anyone else and was very professional. Amos pointed out a couple areas on the property that may present future problems/concerns that had nothing to do with the electrical systems which I never noticed or considered which I highly appreciated. Between Gary and Amos, I was highly impressed with their services and help. A++

Zero stars. Guy came last frIday to give me a quote (Small jpn one plug and a light switch). Looked said he would have one back that day . Tuesday the next week and nothing so I called and a rude girl answered the phone and said she was working on it and would have to me by the end of the day. Here we are at Wednesday and I have not heard a thing. I have better things to do than wait around for a quote and then not get one. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As a new homeowner I was completely unprepared for when I had a short in my utility room. I called Citywide based off of the reviews online. While ultimately I did not wind up going with them (not due to anything of their fault), I still feel they warranted a five star review. Without going into too much detail, Isaac was very helpful and receptive to my issue. When I ran into a financial hiccup, Isaac made sure that he followed up with me on what options I had. Ben Cobos upgraded the electric panels in my home, installed surge suppressors and updated the grounding. He was polite, cheerful and professional. Watching Ben work made me feel good about the company I hired to update my system. It was a lot of work that was completed by Ben and a helper in one day as promised. The folks at Mr. Sparky worked with my insurance company so the cost was limited to to my deductible. I was concerned at first, that the insurance company would be hesitant. With the documentation and photos compiled by Sal Lombardi (another electrician at Mr. Sparky) the insurance company didn't hesitate to honor the claim. I'm glad I found Mr. Sparky and would use them again in the future.
