Fast, Friendly, and Fair! I was looking around frantically after a ancient fuse corroded a terminal to the point of breaking off in my hand as I changed out the fuse. I contacted 6 different companies; some didn't even answer and others said they'd phone me back. The moment Valentine picked up, listened to my problem. (I though I would need an disconnect switch installed which usually runs around 300-400 you can take a look at the pictures) he told me he would be at my house in about 1 hour. He even phoned me 40 mins to remind me he was on his way. He arrived in 55 minutes. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the parts and the labor and was done in less than 2 hours IN THE RAIN!! He and his assistant, Andrew were honest and kind. These guys are amazing!!!! A++++

Called to set up an appointment yesterday we set it for today from 1-5 and no one showed I called them at 5:10 to see if the Professional was running behind and they told me in the notes it said I was canceled And I need to be rescheduled clearly they’re overbooked or bad with time management because nobody even let me know till I called them very bad first impression
