Can’t say enough positive things about Michael Lemon from AllGood Electric. He came out on specified date and time to provide an estimate (two companies didn’t even return the call and another didn’t show up). He was attentive to my requests and in a short amount of time provided an itemized estimate that was considerably less than another company. He and his team came on date and time scheduled. They worked professionally accomplishing quite a few of the jobs. Michael returned on day two to finish the remaining jobs. He was thorough and asked for input when appropriate. Both days clean up was completed at the end of the day. I highly recommend AllGood electric and will use them in the future.

Gary the owner was good over the phone and was helpful. When the technician arrived I have asked him the pricing and he quoted me very high and then I told him that the owner said the technician would provide coupons. He said he would have to talk to his owner and didn't even call him...hahaha. The technician gave me a coupon and offered 4 hours of work for 2 tech for $399. After working for 3 hours the technician came back to me and said I wouldn't be able to work this late. I was like, I have told you and you have agreed to work on it for 4 hours before you have began and he said it's too late and I cannot work this late. I asked him why did you agree in the first place? He said he had specials for 2 hours $199 and the extra hour I have to pay $165/hour. I was pissed by it. This is a shady service. First place why do you have to agree for it if it is too late? Called the owner of the company and left a VM and he never responded back. Beware of this scam from this company.I also asked Gary if I need any materials for work and he said I do not. When the technician arrived and was working he said we would need wiring for the lights and the technician said I don't have time to wait for you to bring it. He said he has wiring and he would charge for it and at the end they didn't know how much wiring they used and they just put an approximation on the bill which is insane. If using the company ask them about the materials and tell them if they want you to use there material why was it not mentioned initially? They charged almost like $65 for wiring.. which is insane.

We were very pleased that we were dealing with A licensed master electrician and even his helper was a master licensed electrician . Even though they did an excellent job it is nice to know that you have a peace of mind that safety comes first and that is his motto. Not to mention the warranty that they back their work with. Previous electric company was saying I need a whole new panel over $10,000 insurance company did a claim which showed.. that was not true I did not need a new panel..so I called J&M who confirm that I did not need a new panel. They were able to find out what the problem was and fixed it. They are truly my heroes I would highly recommend. Pricing very reasonable.

Switch Electric is amazing! Brandon has done several projects at our house including installing new panels, new recessed lighting, and adding/moving around some outlets and light switches in the bathroom. He has been responsive, punctual, and professional every time we've used him.
