When our AC stopped working, we received quick call back from Airco Mechanical. The Service Professional (Joshua Guajardo) who responded the next day was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer many questions, as well as thoroughly explain all of our repair/replacement options. He even answered questions unrelated to the issue at hand, and his expertise and knowledge were very helpful. He didn’t rush the visit and spent extended time explaining, which was also much appreciated. This is the third time we have used the services of Airco Mechanical, and we would recommend them to others.Addendum to original review: We just had a new AC system installed by Airco Mechanical a few days later. Booked a third appointment and he finally showed up but didn’t call to let me know he was on his way. But anyway, he looked at my house and said he would send a quote thru email in a few hours. I didn’t get the quote for 3 days!! And I had to text him twice for it. After he sent the quote thru text and not email, he didn’t even try to ask “does this work for you? When would you like to start?” Didn’t even tell me if it included the discount. He was not interested in my business I guess. I thought businesses wanted to make money?
