Mr. Alonzo is a flawless professional. We contacted him after being referred his services as a master electrician to install several ceiling fans. He quickly identified a potential fatal wiring flaw that our new builder installed incorrectly, which could have caused a fire at any time. He stayed onsite and spoke with building supervisor to show him the issues and even provided a temporary fix until their electricians could come back out. I would definitely recommend Firefly Electric Service. They did a great job installing my generator interlock kit, main breaker kit and home surge protection. I got an estimate from three different companies, and even though they weren't the cheapest, they were the most detail oriented, had the best communication, quality was superb, and they were accommodating. Spend a few more bucks, but sleep with confidence. Sal and Josh were super knowledgeable, took pride in there work, and walked us through the entire set-up/proper operation. You guys got yourself a lifetime customer, and I feel more than comfortable recommending the company to my closest friends.

Mr. Flores was initially hired to perform electrical work and decided to help me out on this remodel project. It was a tremendous task but he did a great job on this project, completing it within the deadlines required. The remodel was a rental home and it sold within 4 days of being placed on the market. Mr. Flores is a professional always respectful and never complained about any requests. He just got the job done! I trusted his judgment on many issues to my satisfaction. Oddly enough, I was stuck trying to figure out a wiring problem on my food truck. I happened to run into Jeff on my way out of Home Depot. I stopped him and asked if he could answer a question. He did more than that! He walked me through each piece of my problem and walked down each aisle showing me what I needed and how to solve the issue.I was seriously impressed with his willingness to help, and he didn't ask for a dime or anything in return! It's hard to find folks like that these days. Id trust him with any future work. Thanks Jeff!

Have dealt with many of the electricians and purchase managers that work here. A wonderful family type work environment that i would recommend to anyone!

First off, already negative about the service call stating that it needed to be on jumped position. Second, no prior call to arrival. And when he arrived he didn’t have the 35 amp connection to be swapped out. Stated he needed to go buy the part and would be back at 1pm. Never called and no show and closed the work order without contacting us with the reason. Since they were on a AHS Warranty call they wanted to get paid from them and now want $120 service charge from me. They refuse to swap out the 35 to a new once since the AC company replaced with a 40 just to get our ac going and not leave us without service in this 103 degree weather. Very rude and not understanding about providing comfort to customers. It’s less then a $20 part and about five minutes to install and they have made it very difficult. Stay away from money hungry companies.
