I called to schedule a service call and originally, I was told someone would be able to go out there in two days, once I explained to Mia that it was for my grandmother who did not have electricity in her bathrooms (which she is high risk for falls due to her age 91), she was able to accommodate me and get someone out there the next day. Thank you, Mia, for having compassion for my grandmother's situation and locating a technician that would be in that area the next day. Luis, the technician did an amazing job identifying the issue and quickly resolved it for my grandmother. He also called me and explained what he observed and what he recommended our next steps be to avoid further issues. He also expressed his concerns for potential hazards regarding her almost 50-year-old home. My grandmother has called me multiple times expressing how much Luis and his partner helped her and fixed her issue quickly. Responsive, professional, affordable, and did not try to up sell and pressure me into doing anything more than I asked. Kevin responded to my initial request and came out immediately to work to repair a few outlets that were dead. He gave me an initial estimate and the work was accomplished within (actually below) what was quoted. He recommended a few things to watch and educated me in where some of the potential dangers are for the future, but did not try to sell me anything more than what I asked.
