5 stars for a stellar service experience. From the inbound phone call requesting service (Wendy), to the finished product, (Ronnie), the whole process exceeded my expectations. Ronnie, actually took the extra effort to repair and retrofit my existing fixtures to LED as opposed to just wanting to replace the entire fixture. All that extra effort and time and he still stuck to his original phone estimate. Impressive and admirable are the two words that describe my thoughts around that. We had a backup generator installed for our home with Daniel and his team at Citywide Electric. This is a several month process with multiple steps. They did a great job of going through the steps with me and keeping me updated throughout the process. They were very professional and did quality work. The CPS Inspector who came out to do the final inspection even mentioned that the electrical work was done very well. I would highly recommend Daniel and his team at Citywide Electric.

Incredibly professional, smart, and courteous.Brandon did an emergency main panel replacement for me and fixed a lot of 40 year-old house problems in the process.You'll have to ask others about his prices because once I talked with him I knew there wasn't anyone else I wanted doing work on my house. Didn't bother with other quotes.Just call Switch and get it taken care of rather than wasting time shopping around. You'll be happy with the result and comfortable with the process.

This outstanding service includes the initial visit along with the timely and responsible cost estimate by Scott and Carol. The other member of the Scott/Carol Team is Joe the construction supervisor. Joe provided the daily updates on the work and when each section would be done. His numerous times estimates were right on target. The Key construction leader was Pedro. Pedro provided the excellent work on the walk-shower and the other numerous minor project that went along with the remodeling. Pedro’s work was done to perfection.
